There another air transport for the city, but this one could be much better than any that is in action. This is because it is a helicopter with the agility of a drone and the size of an automobile. And it even fits in the same parking space as a regular car.
Built by Workhorse, which already has an electric pickup truck in its portfolio, the SureFly is equally environmentally friendly, using a combination of a combustion engine and electric batteries to move its eight propellers. These are intended to assist in emergency landings if the gasoline engine fails to operate. The urban helicopter can reach a top speed of 110 km/h and an altitude of 1200 meters. A fuel tank ensures one hour of flight.
The SureFly is compact, with room only for the pilot and a passenger, or for pilot and cargo. The weight is 500 kg in vacuum or 680 kg gross weight. Therefore, Workhorse intends to make SureFly available as a taxi, delivery service, emergency vehicle or for agricultural use.
